Who We Are
We understand choosing an ENT and hearing care provider is a big decision. At Vero ENT Associates, our number one priority is delivering exceptional patient care. Our staff combines years of expertise in otolaryngology, allergy and hearing healthcare, and is well-trained on a variety of evaluation and treatment services.
We believe great care includes establishing great relationships with our patients. Treating hearing loss is an ongoing process that requires regular follow-ups, maintenance and cleanings to keep you hearing your best. Our Providers
Kathleen M. Baggett, M.D.
Kathleen M. Baggett, M.D., is certified by the National Board of Medical Examiners. She is a member of the American Medical Society and the American Academy of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery. Dr. Baggett is a graduate of the University of North Carolina and the University of Florida College of Medicine, where she also completed a five-year residency in Otolaryngology.

He has been practicing in Vero Beach since 1999 and is active in the Florida Medical Association and a former President of the Indian River County Medical Society.

Tatiana Beir is a family nurse practitioner, certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (NP-C). She is licensed by the Florida Board of Nursing as an advanced practice registered nurse. Tatiana is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She received her Bachelors of Science degree in nursing from Jacksonville University. In 2019, and graduated with a master’s in nursing science as a Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of Cincinnati.

Kristina Fahmie is a Family Nurse Practitioner, board-certified by both the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She graduated Suma Cum Laude from Purdue University Global and is a member of the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Kristina has worked as a Registered Nurse for over 7 years in a variety of areas including critical care, interventional cardiology, orthopedic surgery, and oculoplastic surgery. She is a native of Vero Beach and resides here with her husband and two daughters.

Summer Monroe is a Family Nurse Practitioner, certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (NP-C). She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Florida Atlantic University in 2005 and worked locally as a registered nurse until completing her Master of Science in Nursing degree in 2011 from Florida Atlantic University. Summer has more than a decade of primary care experience as a nurse practitioner and is enthusiastic to work with otolaryngology patients where she will continue to provide excellent patient care. She is a native of Vero Beach and resides here with her husband, children, and dog.

Bretton graduate with a Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Florida in 1991. Her areas of expertise include treating adults with voice disorders, swallowing disorders, head and neck cancer, laryngectomy (including tracheoesophageal puncture), stroke rehabilitation, Parkinson's Disease and cognitive rehabilitation.

Dr. Marietta Mathis completed her undergraduate education at the University of Iowa where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Sciences and Disorders and a minor in Spanish. Upon completion of her doctoral degree in Audiology at the University of Nebraska, Dr. Mathis relocated to southern Florida to complete her residency. She has had a wide array of clinical experience working with individuals with hearing aids, cochlear implants, and balance disorders.

Dr. Brooke Nadeau completed her undergraduate education at the University of New Hampshire where she received a Bachelor of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders and received her doctoral degree in Audiology at Missouri State University. During her time in graduate school, she completed a diverse range of field experiences including veteran care, ENT, educational audiology, and at a non-profit practice. Dr. Nadeau completed her residency here at Vero ENT Associates before joining the staff as an Audiologist.

Dr. Courtney Daigle completed her undergraduate education at the University of Maine at Orono where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Sciences and Disorders, with a double minor in Child Development and Family Relations, and Women’s, Gender and Sexuality Studies. Upon completion of her undergraduate education, she attended the University of Massachusetts Amherst where she achieved her doctoral degree in Audiology.
