Meet Kathleen M. Baggett, M.D.

Kathleen M. Baggett, M.D., is certified by the National Board of Medical Examiners. She is a member of the American Medical Society and the American Academy of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery.

Dr. Baggett is a graduate of the University of North Carolina and the University of Florida College of Medicine, where she also completed a five-year residency in Otolaryngology.
During her residency, she served in several leadership capacities on the Committee for Residents and Fellows in Training (CRFT), including Regional Representative and Vice-Chair.

Dr. Baggett is Board Certified in Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery. She performs endoscopic sinus surgery and treats disorders of the ears, nose and throat, including head and neck cancer.

Dr. Baggett also performs office based procedures including balloon sinuplasty for chronic sinusitis, and coblation turbinoplasty for treatment of nasal obstruction. These procedures do not require general anesthesia, and take only minutes to perform, and can allow the patient to return to normal activities quickly.

Dr. Baggett has been active in the field of otolaryngology, with papers published in the American Journal of Otolaryngology, Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery and Ear Nose and Throat Journal; and presentations to the American Academy of Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery and the Association for Research in Otolaryngology.

Dr. Baggett has been practicing in Vero Beach since 1999 where she resides with her husband and two daughters.
